Outbirds becomes an official Anthropic partner

Outbirds has joined the official partner network of Anthropic, the AI company behind Claude. It formalises what has long been daily practice for us: we build Salesforce solutions with Claude and Claude Code, from org audits and headless components to AI agents in production. As an official Anthropic partner, we now do so with direct lines to Anthropic.

Why this partnership?

The timing is no coincidence. Last week Salesforce and Anthropic announced Claudeforce: Claude becomes a default reasoning model in Agentforce, and Salesforce becomes usable from within Claude through a plugin. The two platforms we work with daily are now officially growing towards each other. For our customers this means: whoever has their Salesforce foundation in order can soon benefit directly from agent access through Claude.

Outbirds has been working with Claude Code on Salesforce projects for a while: AI coding agents building on metadata, Apex and Flows through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and the Salesforce DX MCP Server, sandbox-first and without customer data going to the model. That approach, agentic engineering, is exactly what this partnership is about.

What does this mean for our customers?

Three things, concretely. First, knowledge: we sit closer to Anthropic’s roadmap, from new Claude models to the evolution of Claudeforce and MCP. Second, speed: our consultants build with the latest tooling and bring that experience straight into implementations, org audits and headless projects.
