What is Anthropic Claude?

Claude is an AI assistant and model family from Anthropic. It reasons over large amounts of context, writes and reviews code and carries out tasks through tools. Through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard from Anthropic, Claude works directly with your Salesforce org. Outbirds helps you decide where Claude adds value and sets it up safely, with clear boundaries and oversight.
