When you reach out to us, we ask you to provide personal information so that we can schedule a meeting for a conversation. Your privacy is of great importance to us, and we deeply appreciate your trust in sharing your data with us. Our commitment is to maintain that trust. Therefore, this privacy statement applies to all interactions, past, present, and future.

We collect personal information, which means any data that tells us something about you or can be linked to you. This includes, but is not limited to:

– Any information you mention in the message field that may relate to an individual.

We collect your personal information because you provide it to us by filling out the details on our contact page. We only collect the information you have entered into the fields, and we only collect it if you have agreed to our privacy statement.

We process your personal information to enable our Sales, Marketing, and Management Team to contact you. We may use your data for the following purposes:
– To schedule meetings for consultancy-related conversations.
– To inform you about upcoming events, webinars, and best practices.

For the aforementioned purposes, Outbirds may share your personal information within and between its offices. Your data may also be shared with third-party service providers with whom Outbirds has a contract, such as Salesforce. We may also share your data with third parties if we have your consent or if required by law; for example, in response to a court order or a request from a government agency.
How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?
We keep your data for a maximum of one year after you provide it to us. After this year, you will receive an email with the option to unsubscribe. If you do not unsubscribe, your data will remain in our system.
How Do We Secure Your Personal Information?
Your data is securely stored in our CRM system. Only our Sales, Marketing, and Management Team (and IT administrators) have access to this data, but only the Sales, Marketing, and Management Team may contact you.
What Are Your Responsibilities and Rights Regarding Data Management?
It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and non-misleading information. You have the right to (1) request access to, correction, deletion, and/or transfer of your personal data, (2) object to the collection and processing of your personal data by Outbirds, and (3) request information about the process for filing a complaint with the data privacy or protection authority or regulator in your jurisdiction, including the contact details of that authority or regulator.
